Mindfulness For Living

A Six Week Course In Mindfulness

Life With Full Attention is a practical course in mindfulness, helping us learn how to find more enjoyment, vibrancy and depth in the midst of life - even in a busy modern life.

No previous experience of mindfulness or meditation is needed.

We start with simple supportive conditions then each week introduce another aspect such as awareness of the body, feelings, thoughts, beauty, other people and ultimately the nature of life itself.

The course is very practical - the emphasis is on things you can do that really make a difference. Each week you'll get new things to try - ways to apply mindfulness to your everyday life. Finding more enjoyment in your daily commute, turning washing up into a "mindful moment", handling difficult conversations without getting heated.

Introduction to Meditation
A Four Week Course In Meditation

This may well be a good time to give yourself the gift of becoming  more mindful in daily life including to meditate. Bring inner calm to your daily living or deepen it.  Even if you know how to meditate, this four week course can renew and strengthen your practice.

Meditation is a means of transforming the mind. Buddhist meditation practices are techniques that encourage and develop concentration, clarity, emotional positivity and a calm seeing of the true nature of things.

By engaging with a daily mindfulness and a particular meditation practice you learn the patterns and habits of your mind, and the practice offers a means to cultivate new, more positive ways of being.

We teach two meditation practices originally taught by the historical Buddha, the Mindfulness of Breathing and Loving Kindness. Join us and give yourself and others the gift of calmer, more positive states of being.
