Beth
I became a Buddhist some 15 years ago and have never looked back. I have been teaching meditation and Buddhism for over three years and I love it. Not content with running classes for the general public I also volunteer at the prison. For two years I have been providing Chaplaincy services to inmates and have run mindfulness courses.
I live locally having moved up from Sydney 4 years ago. I just love living in the Macleay Valley.
