Kempsey Buddhist Meditation Group
We are a group of people who come together to learn and practise the art of meditation, and some of us also undertake study in the teachings of the Buddha.
We have been offering meditation and Buddhism to the people of Kempsey for several years and are part of a larger Buddhist tradition called the Triratna Buddhist Community. Meet the team.
